TRANSFER CREDITS
Students desiring to transfer
credits into the school from another college are required to submit
an official transcript. The Academic Dean may require a copy of
that college’s catalog or equivalent available information.
Credit may be granted for relevant work done on an equivalent
level. In case the college does not have a developed catalog,
the Academic Dean will send a valuation form that can be used
to asses the level of that school. A transcript and a cover letter
can serve to provide the necessary information or such as grading
scale, scheduling, course description, and syllabus, before final
approval of transfer of credit.
REPEAT COURSES
Courses may be repeated if a student
receives a letter grade of "D" or "F". In
such cases the higher grade is computed in the overall grade point
average. In situations where the student receives a letter grade
of "F" in the summary of the whole term he may repeat
that whole term.
